Production Courses
Production Courses are seminar-size courses for students at all levels. Students have the opportunity to gain expertise in a wide range of technologies, from analog film production and cell animation to digital new media production, motion graphics, 3-D animation, sound technologies, and screen writing. As part of the courses, students complete short works within the semester on 16mm film, videotape, audiotape, or digital media. These works are exhibited at the end of the semesters in the Student Showcase which is open to the public. Courses offered in FVD production include narrative, animation, documentary and experimental filmmaking, screenwriting, and sound technologies.
